The late sheriff of Wyllin’s Gulch, who fell during the first Colossi attack. He is survived by his wife, Lady Briar Concord nee Simmons, and three children. Rhett Concord was a close friend to Baron Ryder Destry, and was known to get into spats with Mayor Logan Hartly over how to best handle the criminal elements of the town.
